The form handles an optional name, a reply email address, and your message. See the Privacy Policy for providers, retention criteria, and privacy-rights requests.

You may submit an inquiry in any language. Human replies are currently available in Japanese and English. Paskra does not currently send inquiry text to an external machine-translation service. For another language, Paskra may reply in English and ask you to clarify the message.

Before contacting support

Update Paskra Tasks and iOS when an update is available.
For notification issues, check Paskra Tasks under Notifications in the iOS Settings app.
For sync issues, check your Apple Account sign-in, iCloud Drive, network connection, available iCloud storage, and Low Power Mode.
Changes between devices using the same Apple Account may take time to appear.
Open Sync Status in Paskra Tasks and check which device is shown under Last Saved By.
Deleted tasks and workspaces may not be recoverable.

Common questions

How does the one-week free offer work?

Eligible new and returning subscribers can choose one week free with either the annual or monthly plan. The subscription starts at confirmation with no charge during the free week, then renews at the standard App Store price unless cancelled. Apple limits redemption to once per subscription group. If you are not eligible, the normal price applies immediately. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings.

A notification did not arrive

Delivery can be affected by notification permission, Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, device power state, or a schedule that was already in the past. Start by checking Paskra Tasks's notification permission in iOS Settings. Tap a notification to open its task, or touch and hold it to choose In 10 Minutes.

I want to use a hardware keyboard on iPad

Press Command-N to open task entry and Escape to dismiss the keyboard, entry field, or editor. Command-Return confirms an addition, save, or focus start. Command-Z restores the most recent completion or deletion.

Tasks are not syncing through iCloud

Paskra Tasks uses the private CloudKit database for tasks, branches, schedules, and task-notification settings on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Open Information, choose iCloud Sync, and tap Check Sync to see pending records, the last server confirmation, or an account, network, or storage error. The device copy remains available while offline. If the Apple Account changed, choose whether to keep and merge the device copy or use the new iCloud copy.

I cannot find the three-pane iPad layout

On a wide iPad, Paskra Tasks shows navigation, the selected workspace or board, and the selected task inspector at the same time. Portrait, Split View, and narrow Stage Manager windows automatically switch to the same Tasks, Board, and Focus tabs used on iPhone.

Bulk Add did not create branches

Indent lines with spaces or tabs. For example, put Packing on one line and indent Towel on the next line to make Towel a branch of Packing. Further indentation creates deeper branches.

I want to restore exported text

Paste text exported by Paskra Tasks into Bulk Add. Imported workspaces and task structures are added to existing data, so review the preview before confirming.

What happens when I use a website as a planning reference?

Paskra Tasks asks before connecting to each exact HTTPS origin and asks again before following a redirect to a different origin. You can remove one or all website permissions in Planning Privacy. The permission list stores only the scheme, host, and port—not the path, query, or page body. Each response is limited to 2 MB, and the destination receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Extracted text from selected text or RTF files and images, plus a URL, source name, and retrieval time, may remain in the protected planning draft. Planning does not read text from PDFs; you can still attach a PDF to a task and preview it with Quick Look. Open Planning Privacy under Information to manage retained sources and the optional Personal Action Model.

Deleting data

You can delete tasks and workspaces in the App. They remain in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days unless you permanently delete them sooner. Deleting the App removes its local data but does not by itself erase the private CloudKit copy; Paskra Tasks's iCloud storage can also be managed through Apple-provided iCloud settings. Changes may appear at different times on other devices using the same Apple Account.
